About Us
In 2016, Island Epicurean was created by Mother and Son duo, Stacey Certain and Chef Jordan Scott, Jordan graduated the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Stacey is a talented Culinary Expert. They offer gourmet fresh Farm-To Table Private Chef Services, Catering, and Gourmet-To-Go.
In 2018, we opened the doors to the Perdido Key Breakfast Club. Continuing to offer fresh Farm-To-Table Experiences in an intimate Family Setting.
PKBC serves it up daily from 8pm - 3pm. Though some classics remain staples on the menu, each season delivers new signature dishes as well. The large tables you see in the restaurant are mahogany doors which once graced the Saint Thomas Catholic Church in Orange Beach, Alabama.
